Betty Brachman is one of San Francisco’s top producing agents, specializing in the sale of luxury homes, condominiums and cooperative apartments, as well as Wine Country estates in Napa and Sonoma. What sets Betty apart from other realtors is her dedication to providing excellent one-on-one service for her clients and her intuitive ability to match her clients and their lifestyle to the perfect home.

An experienced real estate investor herself, Betty has purchased, redesigned and sold several of her own properties. She has a keen understanding of the ever-changing Bay Area real estate market in addition to strong negotiating skills and a terrific sense of design.

Betty lives in a remodeled cooperative apartment on Russian Hill and maintains a getaway retreat in the Sonoma Valley. She enjoys traveling and keeps close ties with her international clients. When not working, she loves entertaining, long walks with her dog and her daily yoga practice. Her philanthropic efforts support numerous non-profit organizations and she has sat on the boards of several. Her favorites include the Pachamama Alliance, Zen Hospice Project, Casa de Milagros orphanage in Peru and Seven Tepees Youth Organization.

Betty has the distinction of being a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), is a member of Women’s President Organization (WPO), Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, The Institute for Luxury Real Estate and FIABCI. She is a frequent guest speaker and has won numerous awards as one of the City and Industry’s Top Producing Agents.
